Pack seedbeds more efficiently and improve germination with the K-Line 7000 Series Modular Coil Packer. Our coil packer applies just the right amount of pressure for optimum seed-to-soil contact, finished with a herringbone pattern to minimise wind and water erosion. This helps you avoid crusting and washing that may occur with solid drums and roller packers.
The K-Line 7000 Series Modular Coil Packer has proven to be one of the most effective means of packing a seed bed to improve germination. Moisture is retained through the firming and sealing of the seed bed, and the pressing gives optimum seed-to-soil contact even in the presence of trash and stubble. 7000 Series Coil Packers condition the soil so it is friable and receptive to additional rainfall. They also leave a herringbone pattern to control wind and water erosion. These two features help to prevent the 'crusting' and 'washing' or 'scaring' commonly associated with the solid drum and roller.

All K-Line directors have had a long and passionate association with agriculture. Harold Larsen moved to Australia in the early 1900s. He began farming in Billimari, NSW in 1910. His family continued to farm, and K-Line Agriculture was started by Richard Larsen in 1993. Coming from a farming background, the founders could see a niche in the market for a broader, more efficient range of tillage machinery. Their many years of personal experience in the farming industry provide valuable insight into the design of K-Line products. K-Line’s commitment to strong family values, 100% stakeholder satisfaction and research & design in conjunction with farmers, has led to what we are today – a trusted manufacturer of innovative and reliable machinery.
